We typically ship all items in one order together. Customers will be notified in case of any exceptions and payments will be adjusted accordingly.
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your purchase of the item and does not mean that the item is reserved for you. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may have purchased the item.
The product has to be returned in the same packaging as provided by the brand to let the exchange process happen smoothly. In situations otherwise, the additional charges of product handling will be borne by the customer.
Helw does not offer a return on purchased items. An exchange occurs in the unlikely situation where a defective or an incorrect item is received by the customer. An exchange will be processed only if the item sent back to Helw is not damaged by the buyer and has not been used/opened.

Local order delivery takes 3-5 working days, depending on the size and availability of the product. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the following working day. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations. In certain cases, we might request for some form of payment verification or source in order to process the order.
Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.
Timely delivery is subject to availability of stock, courier load, weather conditions, political disturbances and other unforeseen situations. However, we try our best to provide all necessary support in case an order is delayed by any unforeseen circumstances.
There is no minimum order value required for placing an order. Shipping will be free on all orders above PKR 2500. Below PKR 2500, we will charge a nominal delivery amount of PKR 250.
